上海莹德为中德合作企业，吸纳德国先进技术，按照德国文化及品质标准管理企业，为全球生物、医药、化工、食品、汽车、烟草、电子及教学等科研领域提供实验室建设整体解决方案，细分为实验室家具整体解决方案、实验室工程整体解决方案及实验室仪器整体解决方案。莹德旗下拥有多家全资公司，如莹德工业公司、莹德国贸公司、莹德教学公司、莹德工程公司、莹德仪器公司及莹德大禄公司等，分别提供实验室领域的专项服务。
莹德由十多位实验室领域专业人才发起成立，同时得到个人及机构的资金和技术支持；莹德自2002年建立团队以来，致力于提升实验室标准；在企业管理、方案设计、产品研发、采购运营、项目实施及售后服务等方面，拥有10年以上行业经验；后因公司商标注册更名。

Shanghai WINDE is a Sino-German cooperative enterprise, we absorbs German advanced technology and management concepts, and provides overall laboratory construction solutions for the fields of biology, pharmaceutics, chemistry, food, automobile, tobacco, electronics as well as the research and educational sectors like schools and universities, they are subdivided into laboratory furniture whole solution, laboratory project whole solution and laboratory instruments whole solution. WINDE owns several subsidiaries: Winde Industry, Winde Trading, Winde Teaching, Winde Engineering, Winde Instruments and Winde Dalu, we provide special service in the field of laboratory.
WINDE was initiated and established by more than 10 laboratory professionals, and obtained fund and resource support from some specialist agencies as well as individuals. Winde team has established in 2002 in order to improve laboratory standards. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, we’re particularly specialized in enterprise management, project design, product development, procurement operations, project implementation and after-sales service, etc. We changed the company name because of the trademark.
